Luigi has grown tired of constantly being in Mario shadow, always being second best, always being seen as the coward, always seen as the useless sidekick and nothing but a joke.

That was until Luigi discovers an old, wooden mask which has unusual properties, because when he puts it on he is transformed into an super charged, unstoppable machine of impulse and instinct, with magic powers to grant any impulsive desires he now has.

Luigi keeps the Mask a secret from Mario and becomes a masked super hero and dubs his new identity Green Thunder, however Green Thunder is ‘not’ a hero you’d want to call for help as his impulsive nature and playful attitude often prolongs a conflict rather the ends it and leaves a trail of destruction greater than the actual threat.

But the Mask isn’t the only new threat. A mysterious creature called Ouroboros has sided with Bowser and has manipulated the lizard king to help track down a Norse god, the evil lord of mischief Loki. But what is Ouroboros’ true nature, his true identity and what is he actually looking for?



This was made using some of the still sprites that are actually used in the sprite cartoon.

I’ve started watching a lot of new sprites series’ on deviant art created by other people and they all have promotional sprite posters so I thought I’d try my hand at making some of my own.
